Después de años buscando en internet y viendo las exposiciones que quedaban a mi alcance me he dado cuenta de que tengo documentación sobre cientos de artistas, de los cuales tengo localizadas en páginas o en mi propio ordenador miles de obras. Muchos de ellos han pasado de largo y les guardo por que sí, pero otros me han impactado o gustado y son los que os iré presentando en esta sección del blog. Los artículos sobre estos artistas están destinados a que les conozcáis con una pequeña muestra de sus obras, queda en vuestras manos documentaros más ampliamente sobre cada uno de ellos. De vez en cuando subiré algún video de técnicas artísticas, ya sean de profesores o de procesos de trabajo de algún artista.

Para esta técnica se realiza un dibujo sobre una plancha de linóleo, material blando al tallar y resistente a la presión de un tórculo, y después se tallan con gubias las zonas que no nos interesan en la posterior reproducción. Al pasar un rodillo de caucho con una ligera capa de tinta sobre la superficie del linóleo, quedarán impregnadas las áreas planas y superficiales del linóleo, mientras que la tinta no llegará a las zonas que hayamos tallado. La plancha entintada se lleva al tórculo y se coloca sobre el linóleo la lámina que vamos a grabar, haciendo una pasada con una presión media. Marc Pérez es un escultor que trabaja de una manera muy tosca sus esculturas, pero al mismo tiempo sus obras dan la sensación de tener un delicado cuidado en su ejecución.

Por lo que puedo adivinar, porque no he encontrado mucha documentación sobre este artista, trabaja con alambre y arcillas o masillas para realizar sus esculturas, posteriormente se realiza la obra en bronce y lleva a cabo incorporaciones de piedra, alambre y arandelas u otros elementos de metal.
